great place for on the go breafast...they have a pretty good selection muffins/pastries. i usually get the plain or walnut bagels and the their cream cheese with walnuts and honey. and for lunch i love their fontega chicken and creamy tomato soup. panera can get pretty croweded during lunch, but the lines move pretty fast. you can also call ahead and take it to go.

I got a vegetarian sammich which was awesome. And the shortbread cookie I has was quite delectable as well! Thank you to my cousin for taking me here. Yeahhhh.

Mmm. I love das Panera. The only reason I don't go more often is because it's just a bit pricey to me. Nothing overboard, but it balances on that line that if I'm looking for something cheap, Panera may not be an option. BUT! 5 stars! The price is still reasonable in a non-money constricting situation. The food? Oh yus. I love their cranberry turkey, but all their sandwiches look so yummy. I am sure that if I went here more I would have tried a lot more paninis (is that the right plural? Paninees, paninai, paninasia, paneens...) and sandwiches by now. The only things I don't dig are lettuce and tomatoes, but as if willed by Thor (Loki is way better, by the way) himself I can request no tomatoes or lettuce. LE GASP. Also, I don't like broccoli, or broccoli and cheese soup. I never have. I've tried it in a number of places and it's always been blah to me. But today my lovely friend bought be a little combo of a half sandwich and soup. She didn't know that I don't like broccoli and cheese soup, so that's what she got me. I'm not a rude person so I tasted it, just in case. ... Yum! I finally found a broccoli soup I like ala Panera! The service is always lovely. They don't act like your run of the mill fast food worker with dead eyes and drone voices. Friendly, helpful, and informative.

I need this bakery to bake more cheese soufflé's. It's so popular that they are always sold out by 9am. The tomato feta soufflé are always left over. I've been advised by a cashier to call and reserve the soufflé of my choice, because they are only baked in sets of 4. My day is somewhat darker due to my lack of cheesy goodness! So now I have to drive to Cracker Barrel for my breakfast fix.

Had breakfast here and was pleased. The soufflé and cinnamon bagel were good and not too heavy to start out the day. Service was quick and friendly.

We ate breakfast here one morning during a brief trip to OKC. There were quite a few cars and a little bit of a line inside, but that is usually a sign of a good place. My husband had a soufflé that he liked, I had their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich which was hot and tasty, and we split a cinnamon crunch bagel that was delicious. We got our food in a timely manner, got friendly service, and got a satisfying meal to start our day. We will definitely return next time we are in OKC.

They always out of plain and everything bagels, its been like that two days in a roll. They do talk to me nicely about it. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 stars. The other South side Panera's reaction was yes, we were out and it's Saturday.

Located at NW Expressway and Rockwell Ave with plenty of parking. Drive thru is a plus. Dining room is spacious and clean. I've enjoyed their pastries which are fresh along with their sandwiches. I normally get chicken sandwhich with creamy tomato soup through the "Pick 2" menu. Purchase a large cup and you can enjoy cool refreshments from the self service dispenser.

I do like this place for a quick lunch. The food I have gotten has always been good and the staff very friendly. My only complaint is it gets busy and really noisy. I find later in the afternoon is best .

Um, I love this Panera. The day after our Yelper party last week, I was looking ruff. Let's be clear. My dad picked me up in the morning to go get my car from where I had safely parked it the previous evening, just before the drinks started flowing. So, anyway, I'm 33, and my dad picks me up, and we go get my car. Now, mind you, he brought me a coffee, and a pastry, because he's way better than anyone else's dad ever. But, that did little to solve all that I had happening. I had bed head, pillow face, left over makeup bits including half of a fake eyelash hanging on, a bizarre ringing in my ears, and a not at all nice headache. The combo of not eating a bite of food at my own parties, yet somehow always having magical drink fairies (Lyndi and Brad), can lead to some rocky mornings. I ran the few errands I had to run, and then I was headed home, where I would have certainly proceeded to empty my fridge. Instead, I wisely pulled a quick Ueuey into the Panera parking lot. What with my hair looking like David Lynch's and all, I couldn't very well go in. Bump into cute doctors looking a fright, me things not. I was visibly dirty. Avoiding potential personal humiliation and ruin, at 11:55, I pull in behind one car in the drive thru. My order took exactly 4 minutes from the time I placed it until I pulled out of the lot. My food was hot, fresh, fast, and my order was perfect. And but a few bones more than generic-burger-joint-of-the-day. Ham Sammy, chicken noodle soup FTW, big tea, cookie. For Mr K, the patron saint of husbands, tomato soup and turkey sandwich. Some baguette for good measure. All of it perfectly delicious and a far, far better than than emptying the remains of 4 almost empty bags of chips into my face. Maybe I ate the cookie first, maybe I didn't. You'll never know. So, thank you Panera, for your benevolent drive thru when this little slightly hungover, very tired, very sore, barely moving CM needed you most. I'll be back, hopefully looking and feeling good enough to actually walk in.

WHY CAN'T THEY MAKE ENOUGH MUFFIES? I went 10 times & they were out (different times of the day), so the clerk suggested I call ahead & reserve some which I did. And they sold the ones I reserved! Poor management!

I stopped in here today to enjoy a quick lunch. Halfway through my meal I got up to refill my drink and my table was promptly cleaned off. Needless to say I was not happy about that. After explaining what happened to the manager, they righted the situation and promptly replaced all of the food at no charge. Kudos to this place for making a bad experience seem like it never happened at all

This was my first time eating here and I have to say it was outstanding! The bread bowl soup (French Onion) and Ham and cheese sandwich, were awesome, and worth a drive to reach. Service was excellent, and everyone very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

As much as I do love Panera and frequent it, I have to give this location 3 stars simply because it gets so incredibly busy that it can be uncomfortable. If you go during the lunch hour, the parking lot is FULL so be aware. They also seem to have management issues with their staff. It sometimes seems like no one knows what they are actually supposed to be doing and are all flying by the seat of their pants. Not saying we don't all do this from time to time, but even at a Panera I expect a little better. I love the atmosphere here when it isn't busy and full of children, but that is a rarity. I will brave the crowd when I'm craving a bread bowl or in the area, which I'm often closest to this location!

  • Christopher H.

It's a panera bread. So you think it should be like the others. I got potato soup and chicken Alfredo. The chicken looked like it was dumped on as a after thought and it's salty. But it's better then the soup. Isn't soup supposed to have a flavor?

  • Joy M.

Sad to report this, but it's better to eat here for lunch, not dinner. I gave them 2 stars because service was nice and the food came out quick. The quality of the food was lacking. BBQ Chicken salad- I ordered the large bowl, but the majority of it was filled with the stumps (or the bottom half of the head of lettuce, whatever you prefer to call it) from the romaine heart. I personally don't like to eat a bowl full of stumps, but to each their own. Panera is notorious for giving you around 5 pieces of protein, so no surprise to see just a few strips of chicken scattered on top. Someone once told me that the appropriate portion size for meat should be the size of a deck of cards, but I could be wrong. Didn't like the distribution of dressing either. I'll stick with the Caesar salad. That's usually a winner. Broccoli Cheese soup and baguette tasted better; however, the soup wasn't heated. Yup, that's all folks.

I love Panera, but this location is not as good as the one on Memorial Road. I ordered a bear claw and an iced coffee. They did not ask me what size I wanted, and then they made my iced coffee in a child's cup for the regular size price. The iced coffee at the Memorial Road location is self-serve.

10:00 am and they never have plain or blueberry bagels. However, all the other bins are overflowing. I've been in there 6 times with the same bagel situation. Seems the manager would figure this out. Not happy.

It's Panera. If you are stuck in the dead zone of sidewalk-less OKC at the Marriott, this is one of four choices you have for food that isn't in the hotel, room service, or delivery. That being said, everything is tasty and well made and the people who run the place do a pretty good job. They are very customer service oriented. The only gripe I have is that they seem to have trouble knowing when they've run out of soup. Better ask before you get your heart set on one.

I ordinarily love Panera, but this location was not much to speak of. The food was still good, but every time I eat there ( I continue to eat there because it is very close to my job) they get my food order wrong, forget silverware, table are all sitting dirty or just aren't very friendly.
